Kitchen scissors - the kitchen tool you didn't know you needed!
These Japanese made scissors are simple, beautiful, and ultra functional making them them one of the hardest working tools in our kitchen.
The uses are truly endless but here are a few things we use ours for on the daily:
1. cutting through any bread (think cutting crust off sandwiches, cubing stale bread for croutons, making pizza bites, etc)
2. snipping fresh herbs
3. shredding leafy greens without bruising them
4. lopping off any unwanted or bruised bits of fruits and veggies
5. cutting meat
We really can't say enough good things about this special and very hardworking tool! They are stainless steel so they are super resistant to corision and dulling and they come completely apart for thorough cleaning and easy storage.
