Fulfillment

Territory will process your in-stock orders within within 3-7 business days. We ship Monday - Friday. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and transit times are determined by the carrier. If you would like faster shipping on your order, please email us to make arrangements - additional shipping charges may apply. Contact us at hello@shopterritorydesign.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our standard domestic shipping rate is $20 and domestic orders over $350 ship free. We ship to a number of countries worldwide. Flat rate shipping for international orders is $100. If that does not cover the shipping cost to you, we will invoice you for the balance. When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred due to customs nor can we control how long the customs process will take. International orders are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or store credits.

If you have a preorder item in your order, all of your items will be shipped when the preorder item is ready. If you would like faster shipping on the in stock items, please email us to make arrangements - additional shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Territory but we do know that sometimes, something just isn't quite right. Our returnpolicy is as follows:

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDITS

We gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery of your order on full priced items in their original and unused condition. Please email us to initiate your return at hello@shopterritorydesign.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package for the total cost of the goods. Territory is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail. We will not process exchanges or returns if the items received do not meet our policy requirements.

EXCLUSIONS

- Sale items, international orders, discounted merchandise, and items purchased with a coupon code as well as custom orders, are final sales and therefore do not qualify for store credits or exchanges
- Rugs are final sale items.
- You will receive notification via email once we receive your return.
Trade Details - unless an item is defective, we do not accept returns on Trade items. If you think you are eligibale for a return for a non-defective item, please email us. Their will be a 15% restocking fee attached to any Trade item returned.
