Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS, FEDEX or UPS and transit times are determined by the carrier.

Our standard domestic shipping rate is $15 and domestic orders over $250 ship free. We ship to a number of countries worldwide. Flat rate shipping for international orders is $45. When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred due to customs nor can we control how long the customs process will take.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Territory. But we know... returns happen. Our return/ exchange policy is as follows:

EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of your order of full priced items in their original condition. Please email us to initiate your exchange at hello@shopterritorydesign.com

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a full priced item and want a refund, your return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the item is returned to us, we will issue a full refund, minus the original shipping fee. Please email us at hello@shopterritorydesign.com to initiate your return.

EXCLUSIONS

- Sale items, discounted merchandise, and items purchased with a coupon code as well as special orders, are final sales and therefore do not qualify for returns or exchanges
- Rugs are eligible for exchanges and store credit only
- You will receive notification via email once we receive your return.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international purchases.

PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package for the total cost of the goods. Territory is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail. We will not process exchanges or returns if the items received do not meet our policy requirements.
