Handmade baskets from deep in the heart of the Colombian Amazon.

These baskets are created from a sustainable vine fiber woven by indigenous groups near Vaupés, Colombia. No one is exactly the same but each bring a grounded presence to your space.
Deep in the Amazon rainforest, our main partner community in Puerto Paloma is situated about 3-4 hours from any main town. The indigenous communities in this region use these baskets as a means of transporting yuca, banana, "lulo" and other native agricultural goods.
